YOU’RE NOT FAILING YOUR HEALTH… YOU WERE NEVER GIVEN THE RIGHT SYSTEM
I’m not here to attack people. I’m here to defend them.
Because the truth is, most people are trying. They’re doing what they’ve been told. They’re joining gyms, trying diets, doing cardio classes, buying supplements, following influencers, and even taking medications. And yet, we continue to get worse as a country.
Only 6.8% of adults in the United States are metabolically healthy. That means 93.2% are not. This isn’t opinion or marketing. This comes from real data measuring blood pressure, blood sugar, triglycerides, HDL cholesterol, and waist circumference. When multiple markers are off, your risk for heart disease, diabetes, stroke, and early death increases significantly.
So let’s be honest for a second. If over 93% of people are metabolically unhealthy, what we are doing is not working. That is not an individual failure. That is a system failure.
And I’m not saying that to tear anything down. I’m saying it because people deserve better.
For the past 11 years of my life, I’ve dedicated everything to understanding what actually works. Not trends. Not hype. Not what sells. What is proven through physiology and medical research.
When you remove all the noise, health is driven by a small number of foundational inputs that consistently show up in the literature.
Strength training and daily movement improve insulin sensitivity, increase muscle mass, and reduce long-term disease risk.
Whole-food, protein-focused nutrition helps regulate blood sugar, improve body composition, and control hunger.
Sleep and recovery regulate hormones that directly impact fat storage, energy levels, and decision-making.
Stress management matters more than people realize. Chronic stress elevates cortisol, increases inflammation, and drives long-term health problems.
Hydration and proper electrolyte balance support cardiovascular function, performance, and cognitive clarity.
Minimizing alcohol and drug use removes a major disruptor of sleep, hormones, liver function, and overall health.
None of this is extreme. None of this is complicated. And none of this is new. It’s just not what gets marketed.
Instead, we’re sold intensity over consistency. We’re sold quick fixes over sustainable habits. We’re sold group fitness classes labeled as strength training that don’t actually build strength. We’re sold weight loss as the goal instead of metabolic health as the foundation.
And here’s where I’m going to challenge you, respectfully.
People will spend money every single day without thinking twice. A fast food meal. A pizza. A drink at a game. A bottle of wine. Hundreds per month on programs that don’t produce real results. But when it comes to investing in their actual health, nine dollars a month suddenly feels like a decision.
That doesn’t add up.
I’m not telling you how to live your life. That’s your choice. But you can’t ignore the reality that 93.2% of people are metabolically unhealthy while continuing to follow the same path that created that outcome.
At some point, you have to ask yourself a simple question. Is what I’m doing actually working?
Because the data already answered that.
What I’ve built is not another program inside the same broken system. It’s a way out of it.
For nine dollars a month, you get access to a platform built entirely around science-backed principles that target the root causes of poor health. No contracts. Cancel anytime. No gimmicks. No influencers pretending to be experts. Real structure. Real education. Real professionals.
And here’s the part that most people don’t realize until it catches up to them.
You are already paying for poor health. You just don’t see it yet.
You pay for it in medications. You pay for it in doctor visits. You pay for it in lost energy. You pay for it in injuries. You pay for it in missed time with your family. You pay for it in a lower quality of life.
So the real question isn’t whether you can afford nine dollars a month.
It’s whether you can afford to keep ignoring what’s happening.
Because this isn’t about looking better. This is about living longer, moving better, thinking clearer, and being present for the people who matter most to you.
The system isn’t going to fix this for you.
But you can.
